Westminster Pty Ltd was originally incorporated in 1990, as a giftware retailer.
By 2002 the Company had eleven retail outlets throughout Australia. During this period Christmas products were successfully introduced into the Company. Over the years the Christmas range increased in size and popularity. People still remember the crowds queing each December at Westminster Southland, Royal Arcade, Maling Road, Hornsby, Darwin and other locations to view the unveiling of Christmas windows. In 2008 the Company sold out of giftware retailing to concentrate on specialty Christmas shops. A factory outlet was first opened in Boronia, with a new shop opening in Vermont late September 2009.
In 2016, Westminster Christmas Group changed management, today it boasts 2 specialty Christmas retail stores – Vermont & Geelong and has a strong focus on Importing, Ecommerce, Corporate, Wholesale and seasonal Pop Up outlets.
The huge range is sourced both Internationally and Nationally, with the many suppliers producing quality products to the highest Australian standards. This enables Westminster Christmas to offer a huge range of innovative, high quality products, at a competitive price. The product range includes an extensive range of artificial Christmas trees, a large selection of Christmas and celebratory lighting, wreaths, garlands, a vast range of tinsel, baubles, figurines, fibre optic/LED/animated décor, Bon Bon’s, gifts and novelties.
